On Campus Sessions (3 days)
The dates for the on-campus sessions to be held at IIM Raipur will be communicated in due course. Attendance in the on-campus module is MANDATORY. The on-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point in time. In case the campus module is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable reasons, adequate alternate options with regards to the on-campus modules will be made available via online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Professionals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
- Candidates who fall short of the above specified experience criteria but have significant experience in CXO roles in an entrepreneurial setup may be considered on a case to case basis and accepted into the programme at the discretion of Programme Directors.
Assessment & Award
The actual certificate might slightly differ from the
sample certificate
Evaluation methodology is the discretion of the faculty. It could include online exams, case analysis,
class contribution or any other component as decided by the respective course faculties. The
programme may require participants to work on individual/group assignments and/or projects. The
main objective of such assignments/projects will be to help the participants apply their conceptual
learning in the programme to actual organizational decision scenarios.
The participants will have to secure the minimum pass marks in the respective evaluation
components. A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this
programme.
Participants who successfully complete the same and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a certificate of completion. Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate. NO separate transcript or marksheet will be provided by IIM Raipur to participants.

"Prof. Umesh Sharraf did his schooling at St Xavier’s Bokaro; B.Tech. (Mechanical
Engg.) from I.I.T. Kanpur in 1985; P.G.D.M. from I.I.M. Ahmedabad in 1987 and joined the Indian Police
Service in 1989. While in service, he completed his L.L.B. from S.K. University. He is presently
pursuing part-time PhD with the School of Management at Osmania University.

He has also received commendation discs from the Director National Police Academy thrice and by DG
Bureau of Police Research & Development twice. His books on “Criminology & Crime Prevention” and
“Investigation of Economic Offences” are used extensively in training institutions and by other
stakeholders. He has authored 22 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani
"Dr Ram Kumar Kakani is the Director at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)
Raipur, an institute of national importance, and is on sabbatical from IIM Kozhikode.
Ram started as a technocrat in the corporate sector and moved towards the higher education world,
focusing on the trilogy of finance-performance strategy. Earlier, Ram was a Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur
and LBSNAA Mussoorie. Ram also held the position of Director of the Government of India's National
Center for Leadership Development and Competency Assessment Abroad;
he worked as an academic in Denmark, Nigeria, Singapore, and UAE. "

"Prof. Suneetha is an Assistant Professor at IIM Raipur in Organizational Behavior and Human resources.
